Clay & Kaolin

Kaolin (also known as china clay) is a white, soft, plastic clay mainly composed of fine-grained plate-like particles. It is chemically inert, non-abrasive and has low heat and electricity conductivity. Plastic clays have a wide range of colours, but when fired, selected clays give results that are pure white. Plastic clays are used in the production of fine ceramics, for filling and coating of paper and in many other markets.

Zirconium silicate (zircon)

Zirconium silicate occurs in nature as mineral zircon. Ore is mined from natural deposits and concentrated by various techniques. It is separated from sand by electrostatic and electromagnetic methods. It can also be synthesized by fusion of SiO2 and ZrO2 in an arc furnace, or by reacting a zirconium salt with sodium silicate in an aqueous solution. We have zircon products for each particle size, including zircon sand, which is the raw material. Zircon Flower, Fine Z, and KSP are crushed zircon sand products. All of these products are extremely stable, heat resistant, weather resistant and light resistant and are used in refractories, white ceramics, emulsions and electronic components. In addition, the particle size of zircon can be adjusted according to your needs. We will meet the needs of our valued clients.

Inorganic pigment

Inorganic pigments are composite oxides that are chemically bonded by mixing multiple metal oxides and firing them at a high temperature  (1,100 ° C or higher). Therefore, it has excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, and light resistance. It is mainly used for ceramics and partly used for resin & paint.

We will meet the market needs with our experience, knowledge and technical capabilities. In Order to inquire on Ceramic/Pottery pigments, please feel free to CONTACT US>>>
